RIZA FUJIMOTO – Art Director
A native of Kyoto, Japan, Riza was born between an Ethiopian father who served as the imperial court painter of his country and a Japanese mother.
After she studied graphic design at San Francisco State University and briefly working at a designer’s office in Tokyo, she went into the world of publishing where she, as an art director, played an instrumental role in the releases of fashion magazines NYLON JAPAN and DAZED & CONFUSED JAPAN, and worked closely with some of the world’s most talented artists for nine years. She is involving with many a powerful brands and magazines, has passion for creating unique, professional, and beautiful designs and messages that immediately attract attention and drive responses, and is skilled in developing high-impact editorial material, print designs, and even product design.
